FAMILY (DECEASED): Mother was a musician and artist, Father was a researcher for Halcyon working on a way to control plant growth. It is rumored that he was a key developer in the "Anastasia" project.

Van's father disappeared one night and was never heard from again. Van believes it was Invictus, but of course keeps that to herself.

Van's Mother died soon after, never getting closure on her husbands death.


BIOGRAPHY:
Soon after Van's parents passed away she joined the Peacekeepers, and this has been her whole life since.

She trusts and respects her leader Ethan Schuman, and follows his orders without question. She will NOT be compromised, and CANNOT be bought or influenced.

She is a Patriot, and believes in the precepts of the Federation. Her Father died in an attempt to tame the savagery beyond the city walls, and Van does her part with the savagery inside those walls, believing that the rule of LAW is what will lead to Humanities rise.

Van is not slow to remind ANYONE, that despite the belief of some, she serves the Peacekeepers and THE FEDERATION, NOT Halcyon. Because of the circumstances of her Fathers disappearance, she thinly hides a hatred for the Mega Corp, and holds it nearly in the same regard as she holds the Red Dragons...who she hates with a passion, and lives to see destroyed.

Her personal life, beyond her work...is guarded.
